So how does it feel to be a child sex predator enabler? |
I feel ambivalent. One the one hand, she was pretty hot, and on the other I don't want to agree with you. |

Fair enough. But what about your zero tolerance? Should she be prosecuted or not? And would you testify? BTW, how old was this senior? |

If you're gonna put students together in the same school you've gotta expect that stuff, regardless of age.
No, I wouldn't have testified. I'm not a rat, and never was.
I don't remember how old she was - she could have been 18. Still, see above. |

I can respect that. But then that is not exactly "zero tolerance," is it.
And if she were only 17, then I guess that makes you a child sex predator as well (assuming the age of consent is 18 in your state)!
If anyone thinks that two minors cannot be prosecuted for voluntary sex with each other, or that a minor cannot be charged with sex abuse of an older one, read about the 13-year-old girl charged as both victim and offender in the same case involving her 12-year-old boyfriend. |

Slate's "The Explainer" series addresses how pedophilia is currently dealt with (by various means) throughout the U.S:

| I've read that internet porn has very long lasting effects on a victim, because it is never something that is 'over.' The victim is always aware that his/her abuse is still being enjoyed, and it makes it difficult for them to have closure. |
