Does anyone know anything about the hagwon isponge english? I have an interview set up for Friday.
All I know about the school is that it is located in Daegu City. |

| If it's the one in Chilgok DONT DO IT. My friend works there and is completely miserable, she teaches 45 classes a week and they don't pay OT to her and she works 9 hours a day. |

why does she put up with it if she's that miserable, overworked and not being paid OT? |

She wanted to get out but I think it got to the point where she had worked there long enough that she didn't want to start over for a new year somewhere else. |

and it's gained notoriety in the teen classic WEIRD SCIENCE, spoken by an Australian character...... so I think we have the majority of the English speaking world covered.  |

Is she miserable BECAUSE it's 9 hours a day? I'm on 8.5 - 9 hours a day depending - usually about 8.5. I'm entirely happy with it...
Don't know about the Daegu place though =\ Other than I hear the city is cool. |

She's tired after 9 hours, but she's just miserable because they are worked to death and the directors are really nasty to them. |
