Any fishermen out there? Does one need a fishing license for rod and reel fishing in Korea?
If so, where is it obtained? City Hall? How much does it cost? |

Zippy's hoping to be back soon and he found an old Christmas present from years ago, 'fishing pole and tackle-in-a-box' that he's bringing with him.
