I got Assassin's Creed II for the PS3, but the text is in Korean. Is there any way to change this? The system settings are already in English.

Probably not... It's most likely a K-version of the game... Take it to the Yongsan underground games market and you'll probably find a guy willing to trade for an English version if ya slip him a few won...

So you bought it in e-mart?

Anyway, go to yongsan station and ask anyone where the video game market is. Even the locals will probably know what you mean.

For more specific directions, look for an exit facing a dunkin donuts. When facing it, turn right. Walk to the end of the building, and turn right again.
Go straight until you see a tunnel on your left, at which point you should take it. It will take you to a computer department kind of store. Exit that store and you're almost home. Look for a large intersection with a big Lotteria on on corner. directly across (in the direction you came from) is the video game place. Go down the little hill and you're golden.
