The Plague of Celebrity Suicides continues.

Celebrities have weak minds. Thats why they kill themselves.

How many millionaire/billionaire businessmen kill themselves? Not too many....

Actually i heard the rate is fairly high.
Do a simple googlesearch under "millionaire businesman commits suicide' and you'll have endless hits.
The rate is almost on a par with celebrities, rock stars and the like.

I'm not suggesting having bags of money drives people to suicide. I'm saying ...it does nothing to fill the void inside of these people. In fact the relentless pursuit of money and fame would seem to indicate an insatiable emotional insecurity in the first place.

Stories like these below are abundant, numerous among the rich and famous. They are commonplace.
I don't think there are any formal statistics or surveys available, but I'd bet that the proportion of rich folks committing suicide is far higher than the % of poor/ordinary folks doing so.

PKang will say "oh but thats because they had relationship problems" or thats because they were sad about their friend dying" etc.
But fact is, so are ordinary people. Having millions does not protect you from the usual problems suffered by ordinary folks whatsoever. And if you are to judge the lives of the rich and famous, it seems obvious that they aren't that happy- certainly no happier than anyone else.

If he didn't want to live, so be it. Don't continue your life. One less person in the world to make a carbon footprint. I won't shed a tear.

I hope the children don't suffer any more. They are the truly unfortunate ones in this.

Man 'ruined' by 9m Lotto win dies

..."It all went down hill from there. He and his wife split. He did have a drink problem and it got progressively worse.

the win quickly ruined Mr Gough's life. Last year he told the News of the World: "My life was brilliant. But the lottery has ruined everything. What's the point of having money when it sends you to bed crying? Now when I see someone going in to a newsagent I advise them not to buy a lottery ticket."
