I need help. I'm asked to select an ESL "(text) book" with various storylines and script dialogue. The age group is 5-15 year olds.
We will be putting on some plays for the parents and general public to watch. Therefore, since these are ESL kids, I need a book that has various storylines with simple dialogues for the kids to act out.
I think I will already be quite stressed out from having to manage the kids, so any book with dialogue, scripts, acting ideas, etc... will be a lifesaver!
Your help and recommendations are greatly appreciated!
Thanks! |

prob not the ideal but might work, timesavers produce a book with play and scripts, if you go to this site you can get 10 free downloads
http://maryglasgowmagazines.com/
search for play scripts, these are prob more aimed at the teenagers
also I am sure I once found a link on Ddeubels site, eflclassroom for a website with play scripts for fairytales, children stories etc but I cant find the bookmark and dont have time to search but maybe you could ask him if he knows? |

Thanks, busanliving!
I'm familiar with Ddeubel's site, eflclassroom. It's pretty good. The other website isn't too bad either.
The boss wants a 30-40 minute play. It's going to be a pretty big deal - the production will be performed at a festival. |
