As a foreign language assistant teacher, what do you think your roles are during the class and outside of the class?
Last year, it simply meant that we had the same students, but not at the same time. She barely even spoke to me. But now, this has been presented as an interview question and I think that team teaching could be so much more than that. Does anyone want to share about how they have maximized this role? |

The correct TEFL answer is that your role in the classroom depends on the activity your students are involved in at the time  |

In the interview: a bunch of nice sounding BS about cooperation, communicative teaching and learning together.
Once you get to your school: No problem Ms Lee, I'll take things from here and you can keep internet shopping. |
