There was no gift reciept? I say take it back to the store. Those change purses are great, but they retail for 50 bucks in the States even less if you go to an outlet store.

90,000 won for a change purse?

Has the entire world gone mad?

Who were you buying a gift for? Imelda Marcos?

I'm confused. Was it you that did not want the gift or someone else? And if it was you, how do you know what it sells for? And if it was someone else, why didn't she want it?

I surely hope that your husband has learned his lesson and never buys you another gift again. A change purse is only worth 90,000 won if there is 85,000 won cash inside. I'll never understand in a million years how people's value systems become so permanently warped.

Jesus Christ people, the thread title did not read "judge me" so unless you want to buy the thing, move on. Who cares what you think about it?

OP, maybe a Korean coworker can help you sell the thing on a Korean website? I would think you might get more interest there than here, the high-horse saloon.

So a guy buys a nice purse for his wife, but he bought the wrong one. They try and sell it for a nice discount, intending to buy the right one, and suddnely the world has gone mad?

For that matter, your comment about it being it being somehow wrong to have an expensive coin purse is way off the mark. I suppose you apply the same logic to anything you buy?

To all those who have spoken on our behalf I thank you for the both of us. As one person said, we did not put this on here to be judged or to explain ourselves or those things that we choose to purchase. As "the Husband" in this, I can only say that I am more than happy for my wife to be selling this item as I made the mistake of buying the wrong item and I promptly corrected the said mistake without her knowledge, hence the item being listed here.

If I had not promptly lost the receipt it would have gone straight back to the Coach store in Seohyeon AK Plaza where I bought this, however I would happily rather lose 90,000 won than start to argue over a refund or exchange in two different languages with no proof of purchase.

For those of you who do not want to buy, I cannot see or begin to understand your problem with this offering, and frankly, don't think I want to. So you would not pay 90,000 won for it; and my problem is?. Go to Itaewon and buy some rubbish that will last a couple of months and fall apart, or buy some hand made Nepalese purse made from the wool of a Yak and woven on the thigh of a teenager eunuch, if thats what you are into. I don't care! But please have the common courtesy to keep your thoughts and obvious rampant negativity due to whatever underlaying psychological problem you harbor to yourselves. Did your Mother's not teach you basic manners?

If you would like to buy the purse its still available, if not then do something more positive with your lives.
