I think you're okay (I'm no expert), but I'm sure it'd look better if you completed Uni.
Why not finish and then come over (he asks without knowing any of the OP's circumstances)? |

do hakwons/schools ask for transcripts/diplomas when u tell them u have an f-4(meaning they assume u have a degree if u have f 4) |

Hagwons (depending on their own perceived level of "prestige") probably won't care. Public schools are a different breed and will ask for that stuff.
If you come over on an F-4 and are fluent (I assume you are), I think you can get work without too much trouble.
Don't just listen to me, though. Others here are more informed than myself (I'm whitebread on an F-2).
Edit: just getting an F-4 has nothing to do with assuming you've completed a 4-year degree. That's just the Korean blood thing they have going on. |

In Legal sense, yes you can get a teaching teaching job, or any job (except 3D jobs) for that matter. I assume that you do qualify as a native speaker, that is you have attended Middle and High School in an E-7 country. Reality is: for Public schools the only option is TALK program; for hagwons, you'll need someone to vouch for you in Korea for your soundness. e.g. a relative can arrange a job for you. If you can come to Korea on your own dime, then you can go to interviews, someone might hire you. |
