I assume you mean cardstock? or cardboard... like corrugated?
Anyway, just go to any stationary store, they are all over the place. If they don't have A4 size I'm sure they'd gladly cut it there too for you.

I tend to avoid mobile stores for things like that. I much prefer going to the stationery stores.

One can also get this stuff at Home Plus, E-Mart, or similar department stores.
