Personally, I'd really recommend stepping up to the 550D, as it is essentially a 7D sensor in crummy entry level packaging.
Look around naver for pricing of your item, they usually give you a guideline of what the thing you want sells for here. It can give you a good bargaining point. Don't expect the vendors to match the price fully, as the cheapest ones are usually online stores, and don't have the overhead of a real store, but definitely ask them to get close to that price.
