This might be a silly question, but do you have access to the same websites in South Korea as you do in the states? Like Netflix and Hulu?

As far as I've seen, SK doesn't block any sites, but many US video sites have region restrictions and block all people outside of the US. Even in Canada I had this same problem.

There are ways around the Hulu roadblock.
Find alternative sites that have reuploaded the video from Hulu. Megavideo is a good place for Hulu reuploads.
Install Hotspot shield or other proxy program. This will give you a US IP address and allow access to Hulu. It tends to run slow.
Straight download the episode from a torrent site. This might be easiest, unless you are low on hard drive space or afraid of torrents or the ep or movie you want isn't being seeded.

Recently, Korea's version of the FCC removed youtube from the Real Name System requirements. So now you can login to South Korea Youtube and post comments again, instead of having to switch to Youtube international all the time.
