I was offered an afterschool class at a different school than I currently work for. Everything is agreed between the two employers on the hours and everything.

I just need to know, what do I need for the visa/ other requirements so I'm not working illegally.

Thanks!

if it is setup through SMOE or whatever, it is perfectly fine. you get a separate contract for the after school, which basically just has your employment length (of the program) and the pay. nice gig.
part-time jobs just means private tutoring really.
