Hello! I have done a few searches on the subject but not found any clear answers.

I was hoping someone could let me know of any stables or equestrian centers they know of. I am based in Suwon and wouldn't mind travelling a bit. I am an avid horse rider who is missing the equestrian world desperately since being in Korea. I am not really looking for a touristy hack along the beach on Jeju. I am more interested in competitive yards where I could possibly help them out or just spend some time with my four legged friends that I miss so much!

I do realize that equestrian sports are not very popular here in Korea but I thought there was no harm in trying.

Smile

Seoul Forest has one of these places, but know nothing more about it. Saw peeps riding horses, jumping over stuff, etc. Was just there today with my gf, we rented bikes for free near Eungbong Station and rode them out to Seoul Forest for the afternoon.

I've got a friend who lives in Suwon and who has been taking horse riding lessons for a few months. I'll ask them the name of the place and where it is.

There seems to be plenty of places to ride in Korea. You can check them out. Mainly English style riding (dressage & jumping) and not Western though. There are many more places that I haven't listed - just google it.
