Hi All,

I'm looking for Sennheiser HD600s. Went to Yongsan today briefly and checked on the third floor of I-Park Mall but didn't find anything. I was looking quickly though, maybe they'd be on a different floor?

Otherwise, is there any good place to find expensive Studio Headphones in Korea? I've searched the boards without much luck. Additionally, anywhere online would also work. Thanks in advance.

Thanks for checking. I know about G-Mart. Trouble is, they want 200,000 more than Amazon.com.

Went back to Yongsan today and found the headphone shop. They had a decent selection but not the Sennheisers I wanted. Anyone else been able to find studio headphones in Korea? Or know of a website with better pricing than G-Mart?

I think I went to the store you checked out. The one on the bottom floor of ipark mall...back right corner. He sells some decent stuff like shure se530s but they're much higher priced even when he does his discount from the sticker attached to it. I'm myself looking for the triple-fi 10's but for around 200 US...

You're going to find the same issue with almost any high-end electronics in Korea. Korean vendors believe that any item which they only sell one or two of now and then should be priced for maximum profit. Or just not stocked.

Mainstream mediocre stuff is plentiful here, and just a little more expensive than OPK (outside planet korea).

529,000

It's doubtful that you'll get them for much cheaper than this here.

Looks like they go for about $270 on eBay (I really had no idea they were this cheap!)

This store does seem to ship internationally... it *might* be worth it, especially if they mark it as a gift (contact them and check!). Even if you get dinged with customs, it'll still likely be cheaper than the local price.

ebay is where I got mine. I used bing.com as well to get the additional percentage off. Back when I got it, it was around 30%, but now I think it's 8% back of ebay purchases.

BTW, these headphones are pretty awesome and are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend them.

This site: http://headphoneshop.co.kr/

had them for 436'000, they're sold out now, but that might be a good price to shoot for.
