The fastest way is to catch the 1500-2 from Seohyun out to Opo and then switch to the 17. It'll take about an hour from the stop next to dunkin donuts by poonglim I-won.
A slower way but no transfers is to catch the 17 from Seohyun station and stay on it till you get to the terminal. You can also catch the 17 from Moran station. Take about 90 minutes to your destination.

I read it as Bundang > Gwangju. 
Forgot about the one in Gyeonggi-do.
OP has a friend teaching at the University there? |

Ah missed that. Didn't pay enough attention to the thread title and just focused on the fact that there were two posters telling the OP to go in opposite directions. |
