Can anyone tell me when the two combined? How it happened and if you've got any articles you can point me to? So if you transfer from your SMOE school, they can move you to another province?
LoL, I took a short break from Dave's and everyone seems to be talking about this now. |

EPIK is basically a recruiter for SMOE now.
instead of working with other recruiters, EPIK will be the one recruiter for SMOE and SMOE will do direct hiring as well.
EPIK and SMOE is not the same. Teachers that get hired for the August semester will "SMOE teachers" not EPIK teachers. |
