windows7 changing languages

I recently bought a new pc, Samsung... The windows7 is in korean.

Is there any way that you can change it to English without buying a new windows7 in English?

Do you have Windows 7 Ultimate or Enterprise?

Those are the only two editions of W7 which can install different language packs.
