I have worked at my school for about 6 months now. They just started contributing to the pension fund. The boss told me that they will catch up on all of the payments, but can not contribute for the two months I worked last year. She offered to pay me in cash for Novemeber and December of last year. Will this cause a problem when I leave Korea and only have 10 months of pension paid? |

Won't cause a problem when you leave.
You get your cash.
She avoids back payments and penalties for employees who are gone or who may make a claim in the future. (not nice but not uncommon either). |
