I'd say that 80-90% of the after school programs advertised in Korea are jobs in Seoul and Kyunggi-do area.

I've personally seen a few in Daegu & possibly Busan as well but these are rarely publicized.

Word of mouth is probably the best way to find an after school job outside of Seoul/Kyunggi-do

Where should one look and how did you find your out-of-Seoul after school gig?

You're right...even though I've never had one.

Besides this site, worknplay.co.kr has a lot of after school programs offered through individual free lance Koreans as well as some recruiting firms. Most of those jobs in turn are in Seoul and Gyeonggi. In fact, I've seen a lot of those jobs in Incheon as well. Half the country lives in Seoul/Gyeonggi and that's where about 75% of all the jobs are. I've never seen lots of these jobs posted in Busan, Gwangju, etc....or maybe even any at all come to think of it.
