Living & Digital in the Yongsan Station behemoth is probably your best shot to find one in person. If you're wise to the ways of Gmarket, then you'll likelly find one there for a lower price.

Yongsan station, 4th? floor.

It is the floor above the main plaza where you exit the station.
The place that sells small kitchen appliances next to the escalator has them.

The owner speaks passable English. The brand is Kissen and cost is 120k won.

I have had one for a couple years and I have been happy with it.

My Korean coteacher got a bread maker last year. Not sure where exactly, but she would always bring in a batch of bread she made to share. It was freaking delicious.

She said she uses these bread kits that are all ready to go. She just does some simple preparation and the kits have all the ingredients for different types of bread.

This one is for 69,000 Won but I've no idea how it compares to the model above.
