The Bundang Book Exchange comes to May!
In honour of longtime TheYeogiyo.com supporter Jules and her honey, who will be leaving the RoK for some ridiculous reason, we're holding the book exchange on that greatest of Star Wars-themed days, 'May the Fourth.' (If you don't get it, you haven't hung out with my dad nearly enough).

Sure, it's a Tuesday, but the love of children has given you the next day off, so now might just be the best of times to get a book or two and then drunkenly forget them on the way home later that night. We'll be there for a few hours, but if you miss the scheduled times, come anyway - Min, the owner of Pub 210, has been so kind as to dedicate a book shelf to our efforts so you can leave yours and take some of ours (or just take some of ours).

What: A casual gathering of people with or without books to trade. Come in, throw your books on the table, have a beer or many and pick up a few books to take with you. There are no rules on what you can bring, and what you take.
Where: Pub 210 (Seohyun Station, Bundang Line, Exit 4).
When: Tuesday, May 4th, 2010 - 7 p.m. - 10:00'ish p.m.
Who: Anyone who has some books to share - or anyone who just wants an after work beer with some friendly strangers
Why: Because everyone needs some free books every once in awhile, and not everyone lives in Seoul.

Please let me make it perfectly clear that this isn't a book club - although we might talk about books, we might also talk about aliens, the meaning of life, the best place to find kimchi that doesn't taste too fishy, the new restaurant that we found that you don't yet know about, boobs and/or the meaning of life (again, after a few more beers). Come meet some new people in your neighbourhood who just always happen to be doing super fun things and can hook you up later in life. Networking, guys, networking.
