|
|
The last time I applied for an E-2, all I needed was a degree cert. How things have changed...
I noticed that eg, Uni of Suwon are requesting a signed and SEALED CRB check in addition to an open copy. I thought this generally applied to transcripts. Is it now common to require sealed CRB checks a la transcripts or is Suwon just an exception?
It seems to be too much... |

Yeah I was confused about the same thing. I didn't even know that sealed background checks were available.
What is this new madness? |

I think they are referring to the notary "Seal" stamp usually required for the Apostille. |

I see http://apostillepros.com/ being mentioned.
Anyone use them recently, will immigration accept this? Do you just send in your fingerprints to them or what? I heard about some machine they have, but do you need to be in person or what? I don't have a webcam, will I need one? Sorry if these are dumb questions. I am just trying to avoid a trip back to the US just to get a CBC.
China has decided to block http://apps.michigan.gov/ichat/
That's what I need to load so I can contact the state to get a background check, if apostillepros won't work. |
