Does anyone know where there is a Vietnamese market or store where I can purchase Vietnamese food in Seoul?

There are a few chain, and also local, stores that sell passable (but not great) pho for around 7-8000 won. Just make sure they don't try to add seafood ingredients.

I should've said restaurants. Anyway there are quite a few. I forget the name, but there's one outside Suyu station exit 4 for example. Just walk a couple minutes on your left. But I'm sure there are a dozen more closer to wherever you live.

There's a pretty awesome Phillipino market on Sunday afternoon Outside the Catholic church . While it's obviously not Vietnamese you can get lots
of spring roll type foods. I've tried the food it's kinda like Thai food but not as good and nowhere near as spicy. The Sweet sausages and Spring rolls are good.
