EVERY night around 2am a group of this lot comes home in their heels, clopping it up in the hallway, then talking to each other. It varies, sometimes 3, sometimes 5 or 6. Then they stay inside the apartment for 30mins to an hour then go clomping out again.

Suggestions?
I want to curse them in Korean or throw water balloons or something man...

Less griping. More pictures so that we can suitably ascertain a solution.

Shikkuruweo! (It's noisy)
시끄러워!

Kat'i an chamyon joyong hara! (If we're not going to sleep together, be quiet!)
같이 안 자면 조용 하라!

This is all using a fairly not respectful form of Korean. Let me know how it works out. You may also need this:

저를 스럽지마세요. Cho rul surupji maseyo. (Fairly polite form of Korean, "don't hurt me")

I put up with this kind of thing. Not only did I get the clickety clack heel treatment, but the 'girls' next door to my place thought it would be charming to groan 'helloooooo!' and KICK my door. They were drunk every single night.

They woke me up at the same time every night. 4:30 am. You could set your watch to it.

One night, I had enough. I set a glass of water by the door, and went to sleep. Sure enough, the kicking and the whining continued that night.
I got up, went to the door, opened the door and threw the glass of water in one of the girl's faces.
The look on her face, as her layers of makeup began to run, was priceless. I slammed the door and went back to bed in silence.

Until the police showed up.

Hey, if you can't beat 'em...join 'em!

But seriously, what's wrong with talking to them the next time they wake you up? I would!
I'd be polite about it the first time...explaining to the "ladies of the evening" that I need my beauty sleep whereas you are already beauties! Please be quiet as I have to get up early!

(on a side note...we all know that a real lady would not be walking making noise like these gals do, chatting outside someone's door at 2 in the morning...they are obviously uneducated, unrefined and lacking in manners)

This reminds me of this poster on Twitter. Dear Girls Above Me. He either quotes them or talks about them.

If it's bothering you, it must be also disturbing other people. Maybe knock on your neighbour's door and see if they feel the same way. It's better to let Koreans fight their own fights, cuz you, unless you have awesome Korean skills, won't get anywhere.

If you get enough people to heed your concern, then you have power, my friend.

PS. If you say that stuff in Korean mentioned above, unless your Korean is superb, it won't have the right effect. They'll probably laugh in your face. Better to yell in English.
