Has anyone done this?
I got a CRC around a year or so ago. I'm applying for a new job which is asking for this and I'm wondering if I can use the one I already gave to my last employer. |

Immigration wants them LESS THAN 6 months old if you need an E2..
IF you are F2/4, then possibly your employer will accept it (since it is not needed for your visa). |

thanks for the quick reply. I have an F2 so I guess I'll ask if they will accept the last one I did.
Just wondering who would actually have it my old employer or immigration? |

As "ttompatz" stated
A CRC must be 0~6 months old.
A Medical certificate must be 1~7 days old.
If you just change schools without leaving the country - and have a "release letter" (or are just adding on a second additional place of employment) then Immigration does not need another CRC. |
