소녀시대 SNSD Girls Generation - COOKY Phone MV

Would it have been so hard to spell "cookie" the right way? Also, if you think you've heard this all before, well, you have, and here's proof.

I'm sick of all the phones named after food: Lollipop, Ice Cream, Chocolate, Waffle, and now Cooky.

It's all really wussy food, too. They should come out with a Hamburger phone, where the outside part looks like a bun. Hamburgers are cool.

Cooky vs. Magic hole

On a side note I'm waiting for Toss English to start a marketing campain uniting tossers.

If you knew anything about intellectual property law, you'd understand why companies want to misspell common words, like Double Stuf Oreos or Rice Krispies. For years I thought warehouse was spelled "wherehouse" due to frequenting Wherehouse Records stores.

Are you on medication? You've seemed to have mellowed out somewhat. Normally you'd immediately accuse me of being one of the girls from Girl's Generation. Laughing

Nothing like seeing women dressed like fourteen-year old strippers to give me my Humbert Humbert feeling for the day.

A ripoff of Mickey? Well, at least they're borrowing from the classics. I guess Where the Streets Have No Name just didn't work with a pink polka-dot cafeteria set.

But I will say that I've seen cookie spelled cooky before, and the usage might be British, even if it's spelled that way here to be even more infantile.

I don't see whats wrong with it, like madoka said advertising rips on established words/phrases/songs all the time.
I'm pretty sure that this isn't the first time hey mickey has been co-opted for a commercial.

My daughters love that Bubi song. My sister in-law needs little encouragement to play it for them.

As for songs in ads, the one I remember most from back home was "Surf City" turned into Smith's City, it was houseware/DIY store. "Well we're going to Smith's City where shopping is fun..." Cannot get it out of my head.

It isn't British. 'Cookies' are called 'biscuits' in Britain.

hahahahaha! That was awesome. Do you mind if I steal your idea and create and phone, then name it The Hamburger? Hahaha funniest thing I've seen on Dave's, usually it's just people bitching and moaning and each other, this was good though.

Edit: Just read a couple posts further down and got another laugh haha.
