Breaking news. Being a hipster is NOT COOL anymore. It's become incredibly lame, played out, and cheesy.

You all know who you are.

What's a hipster? How does one recognize a hipster on the street? Is there a FAQ? Shocked

Take the test:

I score far too high for my liking.

Yeah, these days it's cool to be a fat-ass lame-o!

I got so pissed off yesterday when I saw one of those indie music-loving vintage-wearing Redditing pseudo-intellectual vegetarian atheists that I drop-kicked him off his grandma bicycle, dragged him around by his ironic mustache, and shoved his obscure book and organic coffee up his skinny rear end.

I unapologetically LOVE half the things on that list, easily. Guilty of being white.

That's why it's best the ignore all the "new things" and just not try to be anything.

When you try to be something and define yourself, things get whack really quick. But young people, and many old people, have a natural tendency to try to latch onto memes I guess.

I went out to Hongdae the other day and saw hundreds of these people. Wearing the uniform, trying to live the dream. They were all sooo much cooler than the average man.

When was it ever cool to be a hipster? *VOMIT*

I've never understood why people try so hard to live and live by alternative lifestyles. It's a joke.

I just do what I want and like what I like and I'm happy that way.

Hipsters don't exist.
I've never met anyone who would call themselves a hipster. EVER.

In spite of this: http://www.latfh.com/

Whatever.... I've never met anyone that couldn't be pinned down to some sort of subculture/social classification. Jock/Hippie/punk/hipster/etc. It's so arrogant to think you can't be put into some category, as if you're a completely unique individual and everyone else is just pretending. Grow up.

Or you can enjoy the traits of a sub-culture life while living an outwardly mainstream lifestyle........

Anyway, yes. Hipsters are annoying, They try far too hard and it's a pain to be around people who try to be ironic all the time.

But they're 10 times better company than a jock or a redneck.

Hey now! Why so much prejudice against rednecks? What'd we ever do to you?
