For a country that wants to be perfect at English they sure go about it the wrong way.

I would also buy a hamburger phone as long as the headset looked liked fries.

Since some of you guys don't seem to get it, I'll say it again. Companies misspell names to help them better protect their intellectual property and perhaps to add distinctiveness to their image.

It's not like the owners of Krispy Kreme, Kleen Kanteen, Tastee Freez, Slurpee or Icee, don't know how to spell. They want to better protect their brand. Same thing with the Koreans. Cooky is unique. Cookie is not. To ridicule them for doing something legally savvy is ignorant.
