|
|
I bought some pretty cool posters on amazon and I want to get them laminated.
Has anybody ever done that? How much did it cost to get one poster laminated?
I'm thinking Kinko's, but maybe it's really expensive.
I got what I think are some pretty cool posters:
1. The Beatles walking across the street cover
2. Marilyn Monroe
3. The Eiffel Tower at dusk
4. Times Square New York
5. Some Monet Paintings
6. The Pink Floyd cover with the backs of girls in all kinds of weird colors
7. A Van Gogh Painting
8. London with a double decker bus
9. The Sydney Opera House
10 Central Park New York
I tried to get it done at work, but they say they can only do A-4 size.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. |

Just about any place that does printing can do it. I just had 3 A2 sized posters laminated today for 1,000 won each, although it may be a bit more up in Seoul.
They call it "coating", so just show them what you want to have done and tell them "coating"
The kinds of places are print stores that specialize in printing/binding...etc. Shouldn't be much at all. |

| I knew a poster who used to get "laminated" regularly, but it wasn't in Seoul, and I'm not sure about how much it cost. |

Got all 10 of the posters I had done for 5,000 won apiece.
So 50,000 for the whole deal.
I just wanted to get them done.
I must say I got a bit embarrassed when one ajumma opened the Marilyn Monroe poster up and then gave me the stare. |
