I'm planning on leaving later this month and am looking for someone to take over my room right off the main drag in HBC (not up the annoying hills). 10 minutes to Noksapyeong Station and less than 5 to the nearest major bus stop (there's also a local bus that stops right outside the door).
It's a huge room, right now I've got a queen size bed, futon, tv, large dresser, armchair and coffee tables. You'd be sharing a 4 BR apt with 3 other foreigners and you'd have shared use of the living area and kitchen.
Rent is 475k per month with 2.5 deposit. |
