I have been working at a hagwon since September 2008. In September 2009 I received my severance pay for that year, and resigned for another year.

Today, I told them I would be leaving there at the end of the month. Things have gone horribly downhill and I can't take another 3 months. Trust me, it was for the best.

I am just wondering if I am entitled to any of my severance money. I think I must have kissed it all goodbye, but just checking.

You won't get your severance, but you will get your pension up to the last month you worked (assuming you didn't withdraw already). Also assuming that your hagwon paid pension.
