|
|
I have been working at a hagwon since September 2008. In September 2009 I received my severance pay for that year, and resigned for another year.
Today, I told them I would be leaving there at the end of the month. Things have gone horribly downhill and I can't take another 3 months. Trust me, it was for the best.
I am just wondering if I am entitled to any of my severance money. I think I must have kissed it all goodbye, but just checking.
Thanks in advance for the advice/help! |

| You won't get your severance, but you will get your pension up to the last month you worked (assuming you didn't withdraw already). Also assuming that your hagwon paid pension. |
