What's Happening,

I was curious to see if anyone has used the Hagwon placement services through BridgeTEFL? I got my online TEFL certificate with these guys, and the course was good. I'm about to get the ball rolling with these guys so any insight would be great...my contact's name is Matt Clark if that helps. Thanks!

When they set you up just remember to treat them like any other recruiter and Do your OWN DUE DILIGENCE in regards to the school.

Typically, TEFL schools that also run recruitment or placements tend to sell you off to the first bidder that comes along and the offers are often less than YOUR market value or to places that have difficulty in retaining staff for any number of reasons.

CAVEAT EMPTOR.

I got BridgeLinguatec's online cert, same as you, but their whole GUARANTEED FREE PLACEMENT made me not use them as a recruiter. Sounded too much like a carnival barker.

Yeah that sounds about right to me, they sure talk a good game, but I'm gonna give this guy the run around to see whats up. Did you end up using a different recruiter?

I don't use recruiters. Ever.
