I want to buy some clothes on Ebay and hoping to avoid customs fees. How much does customs charge for new clothes? I know that used clothes usually fly under the radar, but how do they assess customs charges? |

I guess it would depend on how much you're ordering. I get new stuff shipped from home all the time. I've never paid a customs fee on anything.
Usually I just get one box from home, or one small package from whatever company I bought it from. I'm sure if you wanted to get a crate or several boxes, then that's going to flag someone and they might want to charge you.
Here's an idea. Just order and see what happens, then get back to us about it so we all know for future reference. I mean, even if they do charge you, it can't be more than ten or twenty bucks, at the most. |

I think the value for duty free imports is $100 but you can check the website to be sure:

I think this is the appropirate page. It says anything under 150K won rides free. I thought i remember someone saying it was a hassle getting new Levi's into the country. |
