Mini PC with cam that will download fast. Don't ask what it's for.

What's a good price? What stores are good from personal experience?

Do you mean a netbook? I think they all come with a webcam. As for download speed that is really more dependant upon your internet connection than your PC. I was there last weekend and bought a new Toshiba model for 395,000 Won (although he was asking 440)

Thanks. Which store?

My computer is s--t then. When my friends use the identical site and wireless connection at my place, they get things at a much faster rate.

Unfortunately all the stores look alike. But if I had to guess... it is on the 3rd floor. Across from the "down" escalator. They are one of the stores that predominantly sells netbooks. In the Yongsan iPark. The nice thing about the HP netbook was it had Windows 7 in English.

For watching special movies and... ahem... chatting... online with a special friend. I'm too poor for a regular one. That's where the mini part comes in.

Back to the issue at hand: where can I get one?

I got this for 350,00 brand new. I got it in Yongsan around the corner from the HP service center. They ask for 400,000, but will go for 350,000 cash.

Intel atom 1.8ghz
160 gb hd
1 gb ram
camera and mic built in
10 inch screen

I upgraded the ram myself (up to 2gb max) and I dual boot windows xp professional and linux (lubuntu).
