A good ebook reader app is "Beamitdown". The selection is pretty bad, but the execution is awesome. It works like a teleprompter. In that you tilt the ipod and the amount you tilt it by is how fast the text scrolls. No need flip pages.

Unfortunately, the selection is quite bad. I got the it with a free version of Wealth of Nations, but I can't find anymore free options. Only packs of 100 or so public domain classics for 2 or 3 bucks. If you could import your own books it would be a 10/10 app for me.

Just gotta say that I love Air Video now. paid for the full version and its sweet.
The best thing is I paired it up with remote.vuze.com so I can remotely download to my pc, then stream it to my phone.
NICE!

I have a question:

What apps would you most like to see (either ported from US iTunes or developed)?

You can get FF(I think), and there is a GTA game (I think), isn't it ChinaTown Wars?. An official GameBoy app would be killer.

Crash Bandicoot racing is on the iphone.

Most games on the US Appstore can not be purchased in the Korean Appstore.

However, I have found like 99% of Korean Apps can be purchased via the US AppStore.

all you need for access to the other country stores is a method of payment from that area. So if you got a CC or something from there. most of the US stuff is in the Canadian store. I rarely run into anything not in there.

Just started using a program called DiskAid. What a time saver to connect via USB to upload my genesis/nes/snes roms and apps/themes/ringtones to my phone! I had been using WinSCP to connect and upload files. Which is a pain, need to have WIFI around and slower. FYI

Some sweet games I'm playing right now are Flight Control, Tower Madness and Angry Birds. Incredibly addictive.

Ive been using the GoGo 3D app (Korea GPS) for my iPhone. I have to say, its a whole lot better than my old Daewoo GPS. Its only $49.99 (compared to a few 100 thou for a regular unit) Best of all, it uses no data (only GPS) so you can run it all day, every day without using any MBs.
