My sister-in-law wants to come to SK for some cosmetic procedures, specifically for a nose job and to get porceline teeth veneers. I can't asked around for prices because I don't speak Korean. Does anyone know the average prices for these procedures? Thanks in advance!

I'm not sure about the plastic surgery, but my dentist's practice in Itaewon speaks great English. The head dentist has a practice in NYC.

It's called Colombia Dental or something similar, but the number is 02-797-1771. They're good. I had some minor work done, and my friend had a root canal there. The prices are reasonable, and the fact that they ALL speak English makes it less scary than it could be, though dental work is always scary!

if your sister is going to come this far then she might as well go to Thailand where cosmetic surgery is dirt cheap (and good quality).

It's so common there that they just list the prices on most plastic surgery websites there. Do a google search.

I had a nose job at a clinic in gangnam... the doctor spoke good english and had been on quite a few TV shows etc. It cost 3 million.

The only things is... Korean doctors are used to working on Korean noses, therefore they spend their days implanting silicon rather than filing down bone so I will probably have to get another reduction in a few years.

I also had veneers done here. My dentist speaks amazing English and for the top six teeth to be replaced (I've had veneers since I was eight) it also cost 3 million.
