Go to a grocery store, get some meat, veggies, oriental salad dressing, stick it in a pan, and you have stir fry in 5 minutes. Ive found its pretty easy to cook western foods, just using whatever you find.

western restaurants can get pretty expensive and are extremely unhealthy because Koreans have no idea that western food can be healthy.

There's a Vietnamese style restaurant near Changseongdong that serves Pho.
There's also a new "pub" style restaurant off the pedestrian walkway in Yukgurri--it's called Portobello's, and they have a huge platter of fish n chips that is really good. It's at the quiet end, right near the 6 streets.

Having been here a while this is what I have found
There is an Outback, you can find on the net.
Ramada Encore, limited western food, lamb chops are nice. But i have stayed here for a while and been through the menu many times.
There is a resturant near by (40-50 metres to the left when leaving the hotel) that has a picture of and english breakfast, sausage, bacon, beans, mushies and egg etc, which is ok.

anyone enlighten me on a half decent bar ? thats not a hofi or KTV type?

Go to the giant HomePlus near the Intercity Bus Terminal (NOT the Express But Terminal)

You can find loads of Western stuff.....wraps, PB, jam, salsa, taco chips, baked beans, sausages, Earl Grey tea (Tesco brand), dill pickles....the list goes on.

Hope that helps!
