don't go to Yongsan - they're busy, not really friendly, and the one guy that speaks English is so busy, he has no time to explain stuff to you.
There's an HP service center near Yangjae station, 6 minutes away from the station. Go out exit 4, walk downhill a little bit, go past the over pass, and this kind of nice glass building. it's on the left hand side - you won't miss it. It's between the Sk gas station and Woori Bank.

There is this kid that works there that speaks English. He was pretty helpful. |
