I'm pretty sure I've seen outfit number two on some Korean guy.

He only dresses slightly better than the average ESLer. That is saying a LOT.

Come to think of it, I haven't watched Rodney Dangerfield in Caddyshack for a long while...

His stare in the fifth photo is quite haunting.

On the plus side, at least you can never lose the prime minister in a crowd. He'd also make a nice addition to the old CBC children's shows like Mr. Dressup.

I know this is going to make me look pretty bad to some folks, but the last two didn't look that bad to me. He's not hip, that's for sure, and no doubt he is avoiding the penguin suit in order to appear closer to the people, but his attire isn't that abnormal for his generation (except for the first three -- they're just dreadful!).

Yakuza - that colored shirt looks like what some of the Yakuza I've seen walking around Kabukicho wearing.

I also think the other garments he's wearing are representative of both what men of his generation in Japan wear.

Didn't his wife say she talked to aliens? Maybe that's where they got the idea for those outfits.

I agree that the last two aren't so bad, but he should really cover his arms, they look like tiny t-rex arms.
