I tried running "Hotspot Shield" and the videos work great, even at 720p.
However, it's a shame that I have to do this every time I go to Youtube.
I think you're right it's not Youtube, but KT that is slowing things down. |

| It's being throttled, youtube actually loads FASTER on any of the vpn services I like to use. |
