Oh yeah, those things look really interesting. I was temped to buy one when my netbook was acting up (I thought... it was the cable).
Really a great deal if you're not performance concerned and limited by space |

I just bought it about two weeks ago. It runs louder and hotter than I would've hoped.
I also couldn't get 1080 video to work until last night. Eamo suggest Media Player Classic HC and it worked a treat.
Other than that, it is working great. Watched some HD movies last night, and it worked flawlessly. HD Youtube vids work as well with the Flash 10.1 beta plugin.
Haven't tried any games on it yet. I'm 8 years behind on games anyway. So, this thing runs the games I play anyways. |

Playing a youtube vid prior to showing it in class (or press pause until it has all loaded into the cache) allows it to run flawlessly when you replay it in class.
In case the network has a wobbly, downloading with Downloadhelper or similar to a USB stick is a worthwhile exercise. Multi tasking also slows playing of youtube vids. |

He was referring to HD video. Most standard rigs over 5 years old will battle with flash hd videos. |
