Where can I buy those spandex sleeves that Korean people wear over their arms?
Summer time is coming and I gotta cover up my tattooed arms. Anyone know where I can get these things? I've seen them being sold on the subway, but where else?
Thanks. |

i'm not sure if it's the same thing you are talking about, but you can get sleeves that people use for running.
something like these

They also do them in just a forearm version.
You can get them in most sport sports. Adidas, nike, asics and new balance should all have them as they are catered towards running. I couldn't tell you how much they cos as I have never seen the point in them when it comes to running. |

Random salespeople on the subway usually sell them. |

They run about $9-$20 depending on brand.
Runners use them to keep their arms warm. Sweat builds up in your armpits, so using a regular long-sleeve shirt can be uncomfortable.
Or you can use them to hide tattoos. |

Thanks for the replies. So I guess I should look in a sporting goods store? Where can I get them? Anyone know a specific place?
I don't wanna ride around on the subway all day waiting for the random person to start selling them on my train.
On really hot days I plan on wearing a t-shirt with those things. |

Runners Club http://www.runnersclub.com/ in Yangjae-dong sell them. The staff there are very friendly and helpful. |

I know why they wear them, I just don't see the point in wearing them. I remember when there were first worn in the 100 metres a few years ago (I think by tyson gay) and the commentators just ridiculed him. As for longer runs (which I do) if it's cold, wear layers, if it's only a bit cold after mile 3 or 4 you will be warm enough anyway |
