Anyone living or had lived in the suburbs of Yeongju in Gyeongsangbuk?

Wondering what the suburbs of Yeongju are like? I know Yeongju is a small city with a small population...but what about the suburbs? Does that mean rural? a village?

A suburb in north America is a big city...what's a suburb like around Yeongju?
