if any of the forum experts could please advise...

are prescriptions covered in NHIC Health Insurance? if yes, any idea what % of coverage?


had a look at the NHIC website and couldn't find any info.

Yes. Many things are extremely cheap, but some things can be costly. It depends on the type of medication. It's usually the medications that aren't truly necessary that cost more.

You can post a question on the NHIC Q&A site if you are concerned about a specific prescription (or call their English hotline). They have been extremely helpful with inquiries I've made in the past.
