I dug up an old thread that says foreigners can't play. Does this apply to F class visas too? |

F series includes F4s which are ethnic Koreans born abroad. They don't have to be married to anyone.
As to the original question, yes.
Sudden Attack is hosted on Netmarble which doesn't allow foreign sign-up. So if you want to play Sudden Attack you'll have to get a Korean to create an account for you.
Pmang, Plaync and Hangame all allow foreign sign-up.

Just be aware that most of the sites require some kind of additional verification, usually a code sent to your cell phone (registered with the same KSSN). So if your co-teacher does that he'll probably need to sign-up with you to give you the code out of the SMS they send. |

I thought I'd update this since I noticed referral traffic coming from it. Netmarble now allows foreign sign-up using the I-PIN. As long as your name is shorter than 14 characters.
They are working on fixing that.
