Hello everyone, I am looking at a position at Beolmal Elementary School in Anyang. Does anyone know anything about the area this school is in or about the school itself? The school looks nice, but I would really like to know where in Anyang it is located. Thanks in advance.

Anyang is ok. It has an older feel and can get crowded. However, the location is good, just outside of Seoul and you can take the subway into Seoul. I lived in Bucheon and preferred it to Anyang, but I only went there to visit friends. For a first time job, the area is good. I know nothing about the school though.

and the recruiter should be able to put you in touch with the teacher you're replacing, if there is one. If it's a public elementary there should also be a co-teacher to be in touch with. Best to get a good relationship set up early.

I had found the google map, but not the street view. That's great! Also, good advice about getting in touch with the previous teacher and the co-teacher. I have already e-mailed the recruiter about that. Thanks Everyone!
