the v8 juice is an interesting addition i wouldn't have thought of.

V8 juice is better used as a sauce base than as a drink, unless you can handle the saltiness.

Try V8 juice and you'll never go back to canned tomato sauce. Plus the cans are small so if added early half of it evaporates by the time all is done, providing much needed liquid to prevent the meat from burning, all the while softening and adding flavor to the mix.

I'm a believer!

A disgustingly disappointing croquet that turned out to be filled with bloody bean paste instead of the usual egg and veggies. They hide that crap in everything.

This morning for a nice change and to celebrate Friday, I had:

Two fried eggs, a rasher of bacon, two sausages, two slices of toast, quarter of an avocado and a few small slices of cheese. Yum.... And a cup of coffee.

Winter: oatmeal with water/apple/raisins/nuts.

Summer: smoothies. Frozen fruit/whatever vegetable is ripe from my garden/water/nuts/oatmeal/lime or lemon juice/vanilla.

If the special friend sleeps over I'll cook up French Toast/pancakes or eggs/hashbrowns.

I had fried eggs with onions and those samgyupsal pork strips (much like bacon) along with a glass of that orange-grapefruit juice mix.

I had a pumpernickel bagel with cream cheese and chives that I picked from the herb garden that I planted at my parents' years ago.
