In Toronto�what is the process for the C-4? What do I need to take, how much is it and how long to get the visa?

Aaaa...I'm not from Canada, just helping out my Canadian friend. She wanted me to ask around cuz she can't get through to them.

C-4 visas are usually issued for camp jobs. mostly a contract and a camp schedule is needed; after that it really depends on the latest gripe kimmi has - sometimes transcripts along w/ the usual, sometimes not. Fukuoka in Japan is the easiest place to get a c-4 and is pretty good about them because they will just pick up the phone and call if they have qs -

in Toronto, they may not have issued that many and might be more by-the-book so it's anyone's guess - tell your friend to keep trying the phone line. maybe they only answer qs a certain time of the day, lot of the embassies are like that, i.e., before noon or something.

When she goes there... she should be able to find information regarding eligibility, required documents, processing time, etc.

Also, if she can't get through them, she should leave a message. They always called me back within an hour (or two) when I left a message.
