|
|
Hi, I am planning on going to Costco for the first time this weekend. Not just in Korea, but ever. I was wondering what kind of coffee can I find there. Will I find Starbucks, other U.S. coffees, or just Costco's brand. And is Costco's brand any good? |

They have Starbucks beans, and maybe ground coffee. They have there own brands too. There may not be anything else besides those two brands, but they have several flavors of each.
They also have "Splenda" sugar free sweetener. It may be over near the cereals.
They don't have decaf coffee, not as beans or drip coffee anyway. |

Do you know which Costco? The Costco in Ilsan is newer and larger than the other Seoul area Costcos and it has more stuff. |

the kirkland new guinea whole bean coffee is my favorite dark roast at the daejeon costco. if they still have it. i've not been in awhile. there are several to choose from so i just bought several different ones the first time i went. the ground coffee they sell is ok but why settle for just ok coffee when we now have so many choices. you can buy a coffee grinder at starbucks or homeplus or maybe even costco. you can also get affordable boddums and drip coffee makers at homeplus. |

Just got a nice french press. Looks like I should look into coffee grinder as well. Thanks for the responses. |
